About
North Peak Construction
Kevin Young is the Founder and Principal of North Peak Construction, a Western Colorado–based construction and development firm focused on thoughtful growth, strong partnerships, and community-driven projects. With a background spanning preconstruction, vertical construction, and development strategy, Kevin has led a wide range of commercial, multifamily, industrial, and recreational projects throughout the region.
Known for his collaborative, design-assist approach, Kevin works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and municipalities to align feasibility, cost, and long-term value from concept through completion. His work often emphasizes local impact - supporting housing, youth sports facilities, and mixed-use developments that strengthen the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Kevin is a husband, father, and high school basketball coach. He also serves on multiple boards focused on community-first initiatives and local impact. Across his professional, civic, and personal roles, Kevin brings a relationship-driven mindset, financial discipline, and a long-term perspective centered on building strong teams and stronger communities.
