Shelly is a highly experienced agent who has excellent recommendations for a house inspector, for getting repair proposals to present during the inspection process, and she is a great negotiator on both the purchase offer and the demands we made during inspection. I felt like I got the deal I wanted. Shelly was always available, quick to respond, made sure all documents needed were done, kept in contact with the lender when needed, and really went above and beyond.
