About
Phil Goetzmann & Goetzmann Homes
Phil Goetzmann is a home builder in Colorado Springs with over 40 years of experience. His passion for home building began at age 15, when he spent summers working as an apprentice for a local builder. By the age of 21, he was a licensed contractor, and built his first home, from the ground up, at the age of 22 in Black Forest.
Sharing life with his wife, Karen, and four kids, Phil understands the importance of family values and enjoys time spent with loved ones playing in the magnificent mountains of Colorado, snowmobiling, skiing, and golfing. As an outdoors enthusiast, Phil recognizes how important it is to reconnect after a day of work or play, in a home that is filled with memories, is comfortable, safe, and echoes with laughter and joy. Without a doubt, Phil is confident that our team can build the treasured home you too have longed for – the reputation of the Goetzmann name says so!
Phil oversees each and every project. He has been building in the area for over 35 years and knows what works best for your location. We are passionate about building and our attention to detail to each home reflects just that. We have a dedicated crew of outstanding craftsmen who offer high-quality construction, adding value and finesse.
The Goetzmann team prioritizes having a clear channel of communication with you so that everyone is on the same page at all times. Their strong and long-established relationships with their contractors allow them to build you a house that will truly be your home.
