Outdoor Recreation In Grand Junction Colorado

Outdoor recreation in Grand Junction Colorado is not just something to do, it is a way of life. I was honored to be at a reception held last night in Grand Junction, Colorado for Governor John Hickenlooper. He was here in town to ride his bike on some of our trails, and show his support for bringing more outdoor recreation business and industries to the Grand Valley. Outdoor Recreation

Supporting outdoor recreation

It is incredible that we have such solid support from our Governor, and his outdoor recreation czar, Luis Benitez. They both see the potential that our valley has to attract not only more recreation tourists, but solid industries and businesses related to outdoor recreation, and they have become cheerleaders for us. I feel that we are on the brink of a major breakthrough here. Our residents know that we have everything in this valley to compete with communities like Ogden, Utah, Moab, Bend Oregon, and other recreation hot spots. We need to continue to support local outdoor events and spread the news.

The future of outdoor recreation in Grand Junction Colorado

The more visitors we can attract with weekend events, the more opportunity we have to convince people from around the globe that The Grand Valley is the next best place to ride, run, live, and do business. Make sure when you vote in the next city council and county commissioner races, that you support candidates that understand that outdoor recreation is our future.

Outdoor recreation and real estate

We look forward to hearing from you soon.
