About Loreta

My name is Loreta Silverio, and I’m a REALTOR® with The Christi Reece Group, where I help clients find their dream homes in the Grand Valley. Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, FL, I first visited Colorado in 2014 and instantly knew I had found my forever home. After moving to Winter Park in 2015, I embraced mountain life—learning to ski, hiking 14’ers, and paddling rivers—before settling in the Grand Valley, where I now channel my passion into helping others achieve their own version of the American Dream.

Professionally, I’m backed by The Christi Reece Group, one of Grand Junction’s most respected real estate teams. Established in 2019, our group has closed more than 2,400 transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in sales, consistently ranking in the top 2% of the MLS. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me paddle boarding the river, hiking, or backpacking. I also enjoy cooking new cuisines with my husband and crafting the perfect margarita. With my love of architecture, people, and the Grand Valley lifestyle, real estate is a natural fit.
