    Job Title: CRG Team Concierge
    Location: 1601 Riverfront Drive, Suite 103 Grand Junction Co 81501
    Travel: Local Travel
    Position: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday
    Vacation: 10 days paid time off
    Benefits: Eligible to participate in simple IRA after 6 months with 3% employer match and received quarterly bonuses after 1 year
    Pay: $17.50- $20 per hour, depending on experience and skills. Paid every other Friday.
    Requirements: Reliable vehicle, cell phone with unlimited texting, good driving record, positive attitude and willingness to provide Level 10 assistance to team members and clients. Concierge will be required to sign a non-compete clause and confidentiality agreement.

    Role: Be a positive representative of The Christi Reece Group when interacting with our clients! Assist the Administrative Staff and Agents of The Christi Reece Group with a variety of tasks as outlined in the SOP for Team Concierge. Assist Agents with needs that occur during their client interactions. Reinforce our business model of Level 10 Service and Wow Factor Results.
    Ideal candidate will be able to:
    Perform 95% of tasks with minimal supervision.
    Have a positive, energetic attitude.
    Perform assigned duties in a professional, pleasant, and efficient manner.
    Work well under pressure and with critical time frames, in a face-paced environment.
    Demonstrate good judgement and reasoning in handling daily activities.
    Demonstrate continued growth and proficiency in completing tasks.
    Maintain the confidentiality of our company and activities of the sales team.
    Get along with managers, employees, sales associates, and clients.
    Handle difficult situations with grace.
    Consistently show the ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
    Maintain professional appearance and mannerisms.
    Know our inventory of property and our clients.
    Communicate effectively.
    Learn the basics of a real estate transaction in order to assist team members effectively.

    End of day completion review
    Attendance at regularly scheduled meetings
    30, 60, and 90 day reviews along with 6 month and 12 month to evaluate performance
    Some of the main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
    Answer and direct phones
    Greet in-person clients and deliveries
    Implement and manage gift program
    Manage buyer and seller bags, champagne program
    Circle Fund event coordination
    Plan holiday parties, retreats, special events
    Assist administrative team with various tasks
    Run errands as needed
