Tory Owen

Born and raised in Colorado, I have always had a passion for the outdoors and traveling. I grew
up in the Grand Valley and attended Fruita Monument High School, playing volleyball and
basketball. On my days off you could find me snowboarding at Powderhorn. After I graduated I
went into Cosmetology and went on to own my own salon for 8 years. Beauty was always a
passion of mine but what I learned I truly loved about the industry was the lifelong friendships
that I made with my clients and co-workers through that time.

While my love for the beauty industry will always be there, about 5 years ago I decided to break
into the real estate market. My mom was a long time realtor and had been patiently waiting for
me to enter that world. I first decided to go into the mortgage industry. It was a great way to get
my foot in the door and learn a ton! I learned everything about rates and different programs that
are out there and available to borrowers. I worked under Jack and Bruna at Guild Mortgage and
have learned so much from them and truly appreciate everything they have taught me over the
years.

I decided that I wanted to move into the real estate world because I wanted to get out of the
office more and work closer with buyers and sellers in finding their dream homes. I love to help
people find what they are looking for and join them on their journey to home ownership! I am
very excited to join The Christi Reece Group and excited to be a part of everything they stand
for.
