I grew up in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota in a family with three older brothers. I was lucky enough to marry my high school sweetheart, Michelle. Together we raised two incredible, independent daughters now in their early 20’s. After the birth of our first daughter, I sought a career that offered more flexibility to be with my family and a better work/life balance.

In 2001, I got my real estate license and mentored under a fantastic Realtor® with a national brokerage. By 2005, I knew there had to be a better way to elevate my services. Michelle and I started our own independent real estate brokerage in Victoria, MN with a handful of agents working with us.

We were drawn to the Grand Valley in 2016 when our daughter wanted to tour the CMU campus. We knew right away there was something special here. When we became empty nesters, we looked forward to the next chapter in our lives. We wanted a lifestyle change and to have the opportunity to do more outdoors. Minnesota winters are long and cold! Visiting Colorado made an impression on us. We knew exactly where we wanted to live, work, and explore so we made the move.

Community is important to me. I enjoy everything to do with the outdoors and especially anything in a boat or around water. Coming from the land of 10,000 lakes, I will miss what Minnesota has to offer, but I look forward to the new opportunities in and around the Grand Valley and exploring the southwest with my family and friends.

I’ve served hundreds of clients while striving to continually raise the bar in the real estate industry, including serving for a period on the Minnesota real estate ethics board. I am passionate about providing rock solid advice and creative ideas in any real estate market.
