Hi, I’m Alanna and I am proud to be an actively involved member of Grand Junction for the past 10 years. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up with the idea that homeownership was only for the wealthy people of which I was not a part. When I was 8 years old, I promised myself that I would own my own home. That promise sparked my curiosity for real estate. I am proud to say that I purchased my first home when I was 22 in Boulder County, Colorado. I am so fortunate to have financial and real estate mentors that have taught me investment strategy and technique. I have deeply rooted beliefs that every person can have the opportunity to create avenues for their own financial successes. A great step is the purchase of a home!

I am so grateful for my parents and sister for teaching me the core values of dedication, honesty, integrity and an unquenchable drive to always improve. These values are at the heart of how I work with my clients. In addition to real estate, I am passionate about living a life full of joy. I love being with my wonderful husband and two kiddos swimming, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, white water rafting or at home caring for our garden and one very-needy pooch. I practice balancing my life with meditation, daily gratitude, exercise, good nutrition and sometimes, when I’m lucky, I even get the recommended 8 hours of sleep per night.
